The Refined Nest – New Jersey
(Living Room, Virtual Projects)
About
the Project
the Project
This virtual project involved a newly built home in Central New Jersey. From the moment they prepared to close, the homeowners knew they wanted to avoid the time, expense, and frustration of navigating the design process alone. Instead, they entrusted us to curate the main living spaces on the first floor, including their open-concept family and dining area, as well as their formal living and dining rooms.
By doing so, they eliminated design fatigue and the overwhelming task of research while ensuring a seamless, cohesive aesthetic. Their vision blended modern elegance with moody accents, balanced by warmth and neutral tones. We are thrilled to have brought their dream space to life.

What Our Clients Are Saying
“
We had the pleasure of working with Rashmi to design our home. For the very first consultation, Rashmi took the time to understand our vision, lifestyle and preferences, helping us create a space that is both beautiful and functional. Her attention to detail was incredible. She not only helped us choose the perfect furniture but also suggested clever design solutions that transformed our space. We appreciate her creativity in combining elements that reflected both modern and classic styles, which perfectly suited our taste.
Throughout the process Rashmi was highly professional, responsive and communicative. She worked within our budget and timeline, making sure everything is done on time. The results exceeded our exceptions - every room feels inviting, elegant and thoughtfully designed. We couldn’t be happier with how the home turned out, and we highly recommend Rashmi to anyone looking for a talented, reliable and creative designer.Thank you for making our house feel like a dream home!
