What types of projects are covered in the Private Design Advisory call with Rashmi?

A focused, one-hour design video session for clear direction and confident decisions. This private session is designed for clients who want direct access to RMHD's founder and expert guidance, without committing to a full design service. During our hour together, we’ll talk through your space, address your questions, and clarify next steps so you can move forward with confidence. This is a live, conversation-based session centered on insight, perspective, and decision-making.

Do I receive any visuals with the Private Design Advisory service?

This service does not include shopping links, renderings, or post-session deliverables. This is a focused, one-hour design video session for clear direction and confident decisions. This private session is designed for clients who want direct access to RMH’s founder and expert guidance, without committing to a full design service. During our hour together, we’ll talk through your space, address your questions, and clarify next steps so you can move forward with confidence. This is a live, conversation-based session centered on insight, perspective, and decision-making.

Is the $99 Discovery Call fee refundable?

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, you will receive a refund(minus the processing fee that the CC charges). Any cancellations after will not be refunded.

Discovery call can always be rescheduled within reasonable time of 2 weeks.

If you choose to not move forward with our services after the Discovery Call, the fee is non-refundable.

If you choose to move forward with us, the $50 fee will be used towards the final price of the service.

What is discussed during the 30- Minute Discovery Call?

We cover various topics! Some examples include:

– Your personal vision of the space.
– An overview of your project and our process.
– Communication procedures throughout the project.
– Budgeting for the space.
– Other questions you would like to discuss.

In the Design Proposal you provide, does that only cover your design fee?

Outside of the Private Design Advisory Service, which is a flat rate for that time, all other services the proposal sent after the 30 minute discovery call is only for the design fee.

Is there an hourly fee?

The only hourly fee we have currently is Private Design Advisory Service. That service is a flat fee. All other design service pricing is based on how many rooms you want designed, and its size.

Do you purchase the suggested products?

Currently, the client is responsible for purchasing all the products from the design prior to styling day.

Is there a minimum or a maximum project size?

There is no minimum or maximum project size. It truly depends on what you, the client, are looking for!

Can I request a “rush” on my project?

We will discuss scheduling in our initial meeting. You are always allowed to request a “rush,” but it will depend on availability and other factors. If we are able accommodate on your project, there will be an additional “Rush Fee.”

What is a typical timeline for projects?

Project timelines depend on the size of the project and the number of rooms requested. Timelines may also vary based on the project package chosen. Typically, it takes 6-12 weeks for the whole entire process.

Does RushMeHome Designs work with all different budgets?

We aim to work with all types of budgets for designing spaces. Budgets will be discussed in detail during your Discovery Call.
